I'm an Instructional Designer with 9 years of experience in learning and development. I analyze business problems, identify learning gaps, and then develop training solutions (Such as job aids, courses, videos, and infographics) to help people excel at their jobs.

I create content that follows effective learning strategies such as Human-Centered Design, Bloom's Taxonomy, and backward design to meet learner needs. I use storyboards, scripts, formative and summative assessments, and eLearning authoring tools to create engaging learning experiences using Cathy Moore's Action Mapping, the ADDIE design process, and Kirkpatrick's evaluation model.
