Client: Small Business- Coaching clients for remote work careers

Collaborator: Stakeholder and Subject Matter Expert

Challenge:

While building content for this small business coach, identifying the needs of an ideal client was an early priority.

Solution:

The stakeholder conducted interviews with previous clients as well as potential clients to narrow the data and pinpoint specific learner needs. I created this learner avatar to provide a visual representation of learner needs throughout the ADDIE process of developing the course.

Results:

This course is currently in development. Launch set for April 26th.
